Frequently Asked Questions

A space to explore the work, the process, and the intention behind how we support healing here — at Wellness with Rah.

Who is this work for?

This work is for those who are ready to listen differently.

I work with individuals who are no longer interested in quick fixes or surface-level solutions—but feel called to understand what their body is communicating and why.

My clients are often navigating ongoing symptoms, shifts in energy, digestion, or overall well-being, and are ready to explore a more personalized, root-cause approach.

Most importantly, they are willing to be in partnership with their healing—curious, open, and committed to meaningful change over time.

This work is not designed for quick fixes—but for those ready to understand and support their body at the root.

What makes Wellness with Rah different?

What makes this work different is how we listen.

I don’t approach your body as something to fix, but as something to understand.

Through a root-cause lens, we look beyond surface-level symptoms to explore the patterns, history, and signals your body has been communicating—often long before they were named.

This work is deeply personalized, not just in protocol—but in pace, approach, and support. You’re not given a plan and sent on your way—you’re met, guided, and supported as your body begins to shift.

Because true wellness isn’t built on quick fixes—it’s built on awareness, alignment, and the willingness to listen differently.

In this work, nothing is in isolation and everything is connected.

This is where we begin—by listening to what your body has been trying to say.

What does it look like to begin working together?

Beginning this work is a thoughtful, step-by-step process designed to ensure alignment—for both of us.

We start with a R.O.O.T.S. Alignment Application, where I learn more about your background, your current concerns, and your readiness for this level of work.

From there, if it feels like a good fit on both sides, you’ll be invited into a deeper intake process that allows me to fully understand your health history, patterns, and priorities.

We then meet for a 1:1 “Review the Soil” session—a dedicated space to explore what’s been happening in your body, clarify your goals, and begin identifying the root patterns at play.

From there, we move into the R.O.O.T.S. process with clarity, intention, and a shared understanding of the path ahead. This process allows us to listen—clearly—to what your body has been trying to say.

Do I have to go through your R.O.O.T.S. program to work one-on-one with you?

For one-on-one functional nutrition support—yes.

R.O.O.T.S. is the foundation of this work. It allows us to take a comprehensive, root-cause approach—understanding your history, patterns, and the signals your body has been communicating before moving into deeper support.

This ensures that any ongoing work we do together is informed, intentional, and truly personalized.

It also gives you the tools to better understand your body—and how to listen to what it’s been trying to say.

How long does the R.O.O.T.S. program take?

The R.O.O.T.S. program is designed to be completed over approximately 4–6 weeks, though timing may vary based on your schedule and level of engagement.

This work is intentionally paced. Between sessions, you’ll have integration steps to complete—allowing us to move forward with clarity and intention rather than rushing the process.

Most clients meet every 7–10 days, though spacing may be adjusted to support your lifestyle and capacity.

This work isn’t about rushing—it’s about creating space for your body to be heard and supported.

What is the investment to work together?

Our work together is structured with intention—because your care deserves to be.

The R.O.O.T.S. program is offered at a set investment and serves as the foundational starting point for 1:1 functional nutrition support. This is where we establish clarity, explore root causes, and create a personalized path forward.

For those who feel called to continue beyond R.O.O.T.S., 1:1 support is available through session packages designed for ongoing guidance, integration, and refinement.

In addition to this work, I offer wellness-based services—including movement, meditation, and restorative practices—that support the body and nervous system in more integrative ways. These may be experienced on their own or alongside your deeper work.

If you’re feeling called to begin, R.O.O.T.S. is where we start.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes.

Payment plans are available for 6- and 12-session packages, allowing you to move through this work with greater ease and flexibility.

Do you accept insurance?

No, I do not accept insurance.

However, if lab work is recommended, many labs can be ordered through your primary care provider using your insurance. Some third-party labs may also offer insurance coverage depending on your provider.

What concerns do you support in your work?

I support a range of concerns, including but not limited to:

• digestion and gut health

• energy and fatigue

• inflammation

• hormonal balance

• weight management

• chronic conditions

• stress management

• etc.

This work is not limited to a diagnosis—but rather focused on understanding the underlying patterns contributing to how you feel and your symptoms.

Do you work in person or virtually?

I offer both virtual and in-person experiences, depending on the type of support.

All functional nutrition and R.O.O.T.S. work is held virtually—creating a consistent, focused space for us to work together, wherever you are.

Restorative and wellness-based sessions may be experienced virtually or in person.

Some practices translate beautifully online, while others are best experienced through hands-on in person private sessions, group experiences, retreats, and select corporate offerings.

Can I book restorative sessions without going through your R.O.O.T.S. program?

Yes.

Movement, meditation, and restorative sessions are available independently of the R.O.O.T.S. program.

These offerings support the body and nervous system through more experiential practices—creating space for rest, regulation, and reconnection—and may be experienced on their own or alongside your deeper work.

Some sessions are available virtually, while others are offered in person through private sessions, group experiences, retreats, and select corporate offerings.

"In support of your next chapter of healing."
